AI tools anchored to your business

Every engagement delivers a skill or plugin that runs inside Claude. Your knowledge goes in, your team gets consistent, reliable AI output — every time.

🧠

Custom Skills

A skill is a packaged set of instructions, knowledge, and prompt logic that makes Claude an expert in your specific task. It knows your processes, your templates, your compliance rules — and applies them consistently.

Example skills: "Draft a proposal using our methodology." "Review this document against our compliance checklist." "Summarise these emails for my file note." "Which of our service packages fits this enquiry?"
🔌

Plugins & Connectors

A plugin bundles multiple skills together and connects them to your existing systems. It lets Claude read from your data sources, apply your business logic, and produce output in your formats — all from a single conversation.

Example plugins: "Read this spreadsheet and build me a formatted report." "Check this invoice against our pricing schedule." "Pull the latest client notes and draft a follow-up email." "Review incoming NDAs against our standard terms."
📄

Document Workflows

Skills that handle the document-heavy parts of your work — drafting, reviewing, reformatting, extracting data. Built around your templates, your tone of voice, and your quality standards.

AI Compliance Monitoring

Skills that check your work against regulatory frameworks, internal policies, or industry standards. Automated compliance checking that runs inside your existing workflow rather than as a separate audit.

Transparent, criteria-based scoping

No black-box quoting. Six criteria determine the scope and cost of your engagement. We walk through each one together so you know exactly what drives price.

1

Number of Skills

How many distinct tasks does the engagement cover? A single skill, a related set, or a full plugin with multiple capabilities.

2

Knowledge Sources

How much of your existing knowledge needs to be codified? A single template, a few reference documents, or an extensive policy library.

3

User Roles

Is this for one person, a team with a shared role, or multiple roles each needing different behaviour from the same skill?

4

Integrations

Does the skill need to connect to external data sources, APIs, or document management systems? Or does it work with what you provide directly?

5

Compliance

Are there compliance, regulatory, or quality assurance requirements that the skill must enforce? Output standards, audit trails, approval workflows.

6

Ongoing Support

Build and handover, a 30-day support window, or an ongoing retainer for maintenance, updates, and new skill development?

The scoping conversation

Every engagement starts with a scoping call structured around these six criteria. You leave knowing what you'll get, what it will cost, what Claude licence you need, and what the timeline looks like. No multi-week discovery phase before you get a price.

Claude licence — separate cost

The skills we build run on Claude's platform. Your team needs Claude licences (Pro at $20/month for individuals, Team at $25–30/user/month for teams). Our pricing covers design, build, and delivery — not the platform subscription. We'll recommend the right licence tier during scoping.

Three tiers based on what's needed

These aren't rigid product tiers — they're natural groupings that emerge from the scoping criteria. Most engagements land clearly in one tier.

Foundation

Foundation

A single skill, one or two knowledge sources, one user or a shared role. No integrations, no compliance requirements. Build, handover, done.

Example: A financial analyst wants a skill that takes their monthly data export and produces a formatted management summary using their existing template. One skill, one knowledge source, one user, build and handover.
Advanced

Advanced

A plugin with multiple skills, extensive knowledge sources, multiple user roles, system integrations, compliance requirements. Monthly retainer support.

Example: An aged care provider wants a compliance monitoring plugin for care managers — incident reporting, policy checking, audit preparation. Multiple skills, regulatory knowledge, role variants, document management integration, ongoing retainer.

From scoping call to working skill

A straightforward process designed to get you using your skills quickly, without a protracted discovery phase.

1

Scoping Call

We walk through the six criteria together. You leave with a clear scope, a price, a licence recommendation, and a timeline. Foundation scoping takes 30–45 minutes. Standard and Advanced may need a follow-up session.

2

Discovery & Build

We map your workflows, codify your knowledge, and build your skills. You'll see progress along the way and have the chance to test and refine before handover. Foundation builds typically take 1–2 weeks.

3

Handover & Support

We walk your team through everything — how the skills work, when to use them, and how to get the best results. Foundation includes build and handover. Standard adds 30 days of support. Advanced includes ongoing retainer.

Which service do you need?

The distinction is straightforward: if the deliverable is the intelligence (a skill), it's Enablement. If it's a system that wraps the intelligence, it's Product Development.

AI Enablement

Skills & plugins on Claude

We build the intelligence. You and your team use it directly inside Claude — in chat, in Cowork, or via API in your own systems.

  • "Draft a proposal using our methodology."
  • "Which service package fits this enquiry?"
  • "Review this document against our compliance checklist."
  • "Read this spreadsheet and build a formatted report."

Product Development

Bespoke systems & integrations

We build the system. It runs independently — saving files, syncing data, serving customers — with AI as one component inside a larger solution.

  • "When I click this button, save files to the right folder and log a time entry."
  • "Build a quoting tool on our website that customers can use."
  • "Every morning, pull invoices and reconcile against the ledger."
  • "Sync our Xero contacts with our CRM on new client creation."

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about AI Enablement.

A skill is a custom AI tool that runs inside Claude. It contains your business knowledge, your processes, your tone of voice, and your compliance requirements — codified so Claude can use them consistently. You invoke a skill by name and Claude applies everything it knows about your task. A plugin bundles multiple skills together with connectors to your existing systems, creating an integrated AI assistant for a whole area of your work.
Everything runs on Anthropic's Claude platform. You'll need a Claude licence — Pro ($20/month) for individual use, or Team ($25–30/user/month) for team deployments with admin controls and centralised management. Cybercraft's pricing covers the design, build, and delivery of your skills and plugins — not the Claude subscription itself. We'll recommend the right licence tier during the scoping conversation.
Pricing is based on six transparent scoping criteria: the number of skills needed, knowledge sources involved, user roles, integration requirements, compliance needs, and ongoing support level. We walk through these in a scoping conversation so you know exactly what drives cost before work begins. Each criterion has three levels, and the combination determines your engagement tier and price.
AI Enablement delivers skills and plugins that run on Claude's platform — the deliverable is the intelligence itself. Product Development delivers bespoke systems: custom applications, automation flows, API integrations, customer-facing tools. CyberCraft builds, deploys, and maintains those systems. The key question is whether you need the intelligence (Enablement) or a system that wraps and acts on the intelligence (Product Development). Some engagements span both — the skill is built first as an Enablement engagement, then the automation wraps it as a separate Product Development project.
No. Skills and plugins run inside Claude's interface — the same interface you'd use for a normal Claude conversation. If you can have a conversation with Claude, you can use the skills we build. We include handover training so your team is confident and productive from day one.
Absolutely. Skills are files — they can be updated, extended, or combined into plugins as your needs grow. Many clients start with a Foundation engagement, prove the value, and then expand into Standard or Advanced as they identify more use cases. Advanced tier includes an ongoing retainer specifically for this kind of evolution.

Let's scope your first AI skill

A 30-minute scoping call is all it takes. You'll leave knowing what we'll build, what it will cost, and when you'll have it.
