The maths, in full. Extra jobs a month = quotes per week × 4.33 × (improved rate − today's rate). Revenue won = extra jobs × average job value. Kept = revenue won × your margin. Hours = quotes per week × 4.33 × hours per quote. It leaves out seasonality, margin differences between job types, and jobs you'd have won anyway. We looked for a solid Australian statistic on how quote speed changes win rates and couldn't find one, which is why the lift is a slider you set.
