Richard Williams

He has owned three small businesses of his own, and he has worked as a virtual CISO across legal and manufacturing. He took a Masters in Information Systems at Sheffield Business School in 1995.
Jeff Herbert
Principal · AdelaideJeff has spent fifteen years building managed services, managed security and multi-tenant cloud in New Zealand. He was CISO inside a 100-person managed services provider, and he lectured in cloud and security at AUT for nearly four years. He now builds AI platforms.
A third colleague works from Auckland. The first conversation on any engagement is with one of the two principals above, and it ends with a one-page read on whether the thing you named is worth doing.

Senior people, and machines doing the typing
A sprint at $7,500 and a working tool at $5,000 are prices conventional staffing does not usually reach. AI does the production work: the analysis, the measurement, the first draft, the assembly of the build.
That is not a discount. It means a senior person spends the whole engagement on the judgement, because none of their hours go on typing. Every line has a human accountable for it, and the hour caps in the engagement letter make that checkable.
The one build we have written up
Nexanomics: a platform built from an unproven idea, described end to end including what did not work first time. It is a related CyberCraft project rather than an arm's-length client, not third-party proof.
