What does taking bookings by phone cost?

Every booking costs staff minutes, and the calls that ring out at 7pm cost the whole job. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

Bookings recovered / month0

At your own guess of what self-booking captures.

Kept, at your margin$0 /yr

Margin on recovered bookings only.

Nothing recovered at zero.

The capture slider starts at nothing on purpose: this page asserts no uplift, you do. Drag it to what you believe and the arithmetic follows.

The maths, in full. Phone admin a year = bookings per week × minutes each ÷ 60 × loaded rate × 52. Missed calls a month = bookings per week × 4.33 × the ring-out share you estimate. Recovered = missed × the capture rate you set. Kept = recovered × booking value × your margin. It counts no-shows and deposits at zero — self-booking with payment usually changes both, but we do not have your figure so neither does this — and it counts none of the admin saving in the payback. Both choices understate the case on purpose.

How this page works

In your browser, no sign-up, nothing kept. The capture slider starts at zero, the payback ignores the admin saving entirely, and no-shows and deposits are counted at zero — every choice understates the case, so the number you get is one you can defend.
