See what AI can do for my team →Your senior people are spending hours on work AI can do in minutes
Every proposal drafted from scratch, every compliance document reviewed manually, every enquiry triaged by hand — that's expert time spent on repetitive work instead of winning and serving clients.
A custom skill codifies your best thinking — your methodology, your compliance rules, your tone of voice — so Claude applies it every time. Your team gets consistent, high-quality output in minutes instead of hours, and spends their time on the work that actually grows the business.
AI tools anchored to your business
Every engagement delivers a skill or plugin that runs inside Claude. Your knowledge goes in, your team gets consistent, reliable AI output — every time.
Custom Skills
A skill is a packaged set of instructions, knowledge, and prompt logic that makes Claude an expert in your specific task. It knows your processes, your templates, your compliance rules — and applies them consistently.
Plugins & Connectors
A plugin bundles multiple skills together and connects them to your existing systems. It lets Claude read from your data sources, apply your business logic, and produce output in your formats — all from a single conversation.
Document Workflows
Skills that handle the document-heavy parts of your work — drafting, reviewing, reformatting, extracting data. Built around your templates, your tone of voice, and your quality standards.
AI Compliance Monitoring
Skills that check your work against regulatory frameworks, internal policies, or industry standards. Automated compliance checking that runs inside your existing workflow rather than as a separate audit.
Transparent, criteria-based scoping
No black-box quoting. Six criteria determine the scope and cost of your engagement. We walk through each one together so you know exactly what drives price.
Number of Skills
A single skill, a related set, or a full plugin with multiple capabilities.
Knowledge Sources
A single template, a few reference documents, or an extensive policy library.
User Roles
One person, a team with a shared role, or multiple roles each needing different behaviour.
Integrations
Works standalone, or connects to external data sources, APIs, or document management systems.
Compliance
Regulatory, quality, or audit requirements the skill must enforce. Output standards and approval workflows.
Ongoing Support
Build and handover, a 30-day support window, or an ongoing retainer for maintenance and updates.
The scoping conversation
Every engagement starts with a scoping call structured around these six criteria. You leave knowing what you'll get, what it will cost, what Claude licence you need, and what the timeline looks like. No multi-week discovery phase before you get a price.
Claude licence — separate cost
The skills we build run on Claude's platform. Your team needs Claude licences (Pro at $20/month for individuals, Team at $25–30/user/month for teams). Our pricing covers design, build, and delivery — not the platform subscription. We'll recommend the right licence tier during scoping.
Three tiers based on what's needed
These aren't rigid product tiers — they're natural groupings that emerge from the scoping criteria. Most engagements land clearly in one tier.
Foundation example
A financial analyst needs a skill to take their monthly data export and produce a formatted management summary using their existing template.
Standard example
A consulting firm wants proposal drafting that references their methodology and case studies, with consistent tone across the team.
Advanced example
An aged care provider needs compliance monitoring — incident reporting, policy checking, audit preparation — with role variants and integrations.
From scoping call to working skill
A straightforward process designed to get you using your skills quickly, without a protracted discovery phase.
Scoping Call
We walk through the six criteria together. You leave with a clear scope, a price, a licence recommendation, and a timeline.
Discovery & Build
We map your workflows, codify your knowledge, and build your skills. You'll see progress and have the chance to test and refine before handover.
Handover & Support
We walk your team through everything — how the skills work, when to use them, and how to get the best results. Support options scale with your tier.
Which service do you need?
The distinction is straightforward: if the deliverable is the intelligence (a skill), it's Enablement. If it's a system that wraps the intelligence, it's Product Development.
AI EnablementSkills & plugins on Claude
We build the intelligence. Your team uses it directly inside Claude.
- "Draft a proposal using our methodology."
- "Which service package fits this enquiry?"
- "Review this document against our compliance checklist."
- "Read this spreadsheet and build a formatted report."
Product DevelopmentBespoke systems & integrations
We build the system. It runs independently — with AI as one component inside a larger solution.
- "Build a quoting tool on our website that customers can use."
- "Every morning, pull invoices and reconcile against the ledger."
- "Sync our Xero contacts with our CRM on new client creation."
- "When I click this button, save files and log a time entry."
Not sure? Most clients figure it out in the first five minutes of a scoping call. If you can describe the task in a sentence, it's probably Enablement. If you're describing a system with buttons, logins, or automated workflows, it's Product Development. Learn about Product Development →
