The maths, in full. Missed enquiries a month = enquiries per week × 4.33 × the share you say slips. Recovered jobs = missed × the recovery rate you set. Revenue won back = recovered jobs × average job value. Kept = revenue × your margin. It assumes missed enquiries resemble the ones you answer, which flatters the number — that is why the recovery slider starts at zero and is capped by common sense against your own win rate. We looked for a solid Australian statistic on enquiry response and conversion and did not find one worth printing, so nothing here asserts one.
