Thirty capped senior hours, drawn to scale. Map the process with the people who actually run it, workarounds and all. Measure each step in your own numbers. Redesign against the published prices. Then a verdict session where we agree what happens in the first ninety days.

Twenty-seven across the four moves plus three of buffer: thirty, capped in the engagement letter.

What $7,500 buys

Redesign Sprint

$7,500
  • One process end to end, chosen at the fit call
  • An as-run map, workarounds registered not tidied away
  • A ranked friction ledger, in dollars a year
  • A verdict sheet per fix: change it, buy, build, or leave alone
  • A decision pack and ninety-day plan
  • A scoped build brief, only if a build verdict lands

Thirty hours of senior time at $250 an hour is $7,500.

Nothing else is in the price. AI does the measurement and the first drafts, which is how thirty hours of senior time covers a whole process.

In our experience the cheaper diagnostics here are staffed by juniors, or priced as bait for the build behind them.

Either way you keepThe map, the ledger and every verdict sheet

That is a low bar, and it is meant to be. It is the fee itself: if a fortnight on one process cannot find what the fortnight cost you, we should not have sold it to you.

Not a discount. The fee is unchanged and is never credited against a build, which would make the diagnostic a sales cost.

Sometimes the workaround is the cheapest control you own, and saying so costs us the fix we would otherwise have quoted.
